Where is the land situated?
The land is situated at Bagalur, Tamil Nadu, on Sarjapur Road, just on the border of Karnataka. The distances from Bangalore are as follows:

What is the route to the farmland?
The farmland location is Koramangala St. Johns Medical College, Sarjapur Road, Sarjapur, Bagalur. The common routes to reach the location are:
HAL – Airport – Marathahalli – Varthur – Sarjapur – Bagalur
Whitefield – Varthur – Sarjapur – Bagalur
Hosur Bus Stand – Bagalur Road – Bagalur
Is telephone service available?
All major telecom networks work well in the area.
Is electricity available?
Yes, electricity is available. We already have connections for more than 300 cottages on our farm.
Is adequate water available?
Yes, our 18 borewells produce 180000 gallons of water per day. In addition, we have 5 reserve borewells that are not currently in use. Many of our customers have also drilled their own borewells and are experiencing a good water supply. The water at our project is sweet and is very suitable for both drinking and farming.
What kind of security is provided by you?
We have well-trained security guards on site, along with two licensed gunmen armed with a double-barrel shotgun. The entire area is securely fenced with barbed wire. Additionally, around 100 staff members, including customers, company employees, and contractors, reside on the farm, which adds to the overall security.
We also maintain a good rapport with the neighbouring villagers. In fact, the prosperity of Baglur is closely tied to our company, and the local community has a strong attachment to us.

Rates & Registration
What are the rates of the farmlands?
Please contact us and we will share the details with you.
Is registration fee included in the rates?
No. Registration charges are extra to be borne by the customer.
What is the registration fee?
11% of the Guideline Value. This is an approximate cost. The actual cost depends on survey numbers. However, we handle the entire job for you.
When will you register the land in our name?
Once the full payment is received, we will handle the entire registration process for you. This includes transferring the khata, chitta, and patta into your name. Additionally, we will obtain an up-to-date encumbrance certificate in your name after the registration is completed.

Maintenance & Plantation
What about maintenance of the farm? Who will look after it?
We will take care of maintenance at an additional annual fee.
Can we change the plants that are planted in the farm?
Yes, we will provide recommendations on which plants thrive well in this area. If you would like to add more plants beyond our standard offerings, we can accommodate that for an additional charge. Please note that the water supply for these extra plants will be calculated separately and billed at a nominal rate.
We would like to plant some rare varieties of plants that are not offered by you. Is it possible for us to plant them?
Yes, please get us the saplings, and we will be happy to plant them for you.
